Help with the Mailinite Outbound Readiness plugin and mailinite.com.

Contact us

Email kashif@mailinite.com. We reply within two business days. To help us fix a problem quickly, include the domain you checked, what you asked your assistant, and what you expected to see. Please don't send passwords or API keys.

Want us to implement the fixes?

The plugin's results are automated. They can't see your mailbox provider's settings, your sending tool, your list or your past campaigns, so a fix that looks simple in a report can still go wrong in practice. A wrong SPF or DMARC change can stop your everyday email from being delivered.

Before you change DNS records or buy domains and inboxes, you can have us review the results and do the work for you: fix the DNS, set up the sending domains and inboxes, run warm-up, and check the list. Email kashif@mailinite.com with the domain you checked and what the plugin found.

Using the plugin

Once the Mailinite plugin is enabled in your AI assistant, just ask in plain language. For example:

The plugin has three tools:

The plugin only reads public DNS data and does calculations. It doesn't send email, change your DNS or connect to your email accounts.

Common questions

DKIM says “not found”, but I set it up

DNS doesn't let anyone list a domain's DKIM keys, so the plugin checks the selectors that common providers use (google, selector1, selector2, k1 and others). If your provider uses a custom selector, open a sent email, find the s= value in its DKIM-Signature header, and confirm the key exists at [selector]._domainkey.yourdomain.com.

A check shows “unknown”

A lookup timed out or the service didn't give a reliable answer. Blocklist operators sometimes refuse queries from shared cloud resolvers. Unknown checks aren't counted toward the score. Try again in a few minutes.

I just fixed a DNS record and the result didn't change

DNS changes can take anywhere from minutes to 48 hours to spread, depending on the record's TTL. Check again later.

Are the inbox and domain numbers fixed rules?

No. The defaults (30 emails per inbox per day, 3 inboxes per domain, 20% spare, 21-day warm-up) are conservative starting points. Ask your assistant to use different values and the plan is recalculated.
