Mailinite is operated by Kashif Khan. These terms apply when you use mailinite.com or the Mailinite Outbound Readiness plugin (the “plugin”) in ChatGPT or another AI assistant. By using them, you agree to these terms. Paid agency work is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
What the plugin does
The plugin checks a sending domain's public DNS setup (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blocklists, domain age), calculates the inboxes and domains a sending volume needs, and scores readiness based on the answers you give. It only reads public information and does arithmetic. It never sends email, changes DNS records, or acts on any account.
Free to use
The plugin is free and doesn't require an account. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the plugin to plan or support spam, phishing, spoofing, or email that breaks anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR or CASL;
- overload the service, scan large numbers of domains automatically, or try to get around rate limits;
- try to break, probe or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal use;
- submit other people's personal data, passwords, API keys or other secrets.
You're responsible for making sure your own email outreach follows the law and the rules of your email providers.
No guarantees
Results are based on public DNS data at the time of the check, on third-party blocklists, and on the information you provide. DNS changes, lookups can fail, and inbox placement depends on many things no tool can see. The plugin's scores and plans are automated guidance, not professional advice and not a promise of deliverability, reply rates or results. Before you change DNS records, buy domains or inboxes, or launch a campaign based on them, have someone experienced review and implement the changes. You can ask us to do this. The plugin and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
No liability
You use the plugin, the website and their results at your own risk, and you're responsible for any decisions or changes you make based on them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mailinite isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the plugin or website, including lost revenue, blocked or blocklisted domains, deliverability problems, or lost data. Where the law doesn't allow liability to be excluded entirely, it applies only as far as the law requires.
Intellectual property
The website content, the Mailinite name and logo, and the plugin belong to Mailinite. You may use the reports the plugin generates for your own business, including sharing them with your team or clients.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the plugin or website after a change means you accept the new terms.
